Khimaira brings the blind menu back into fashion. Here, you don't have to spend hours hesitating over the menu, we choose for you... of course, taking care to ask about culinary allergies or foods that have traumatized you since childhood. We were happy to play along, and the result is very pleasant. It also reconnects you with the flavor of each food. Iodized flavors, seaweed condiments, zaatar spices and crunchy vegetables were the hallmarks of the dishes served that day. The service is ultra-casual, and the wines on offer rather easy-drinking. On the other hand, you may be a little confused between the tone of the bistro service and the gastronomic prices.

Menu à l'aveugle selon le concept "cuisine libre". La composition (au gré des tribulations des cuistots), nous est révélée qu’après la dégustation.
Pas de carte donc (mais on nous demande au préalable, nos éventuelles restrictions), on se laisse porter, on fait confiance... et ça fait du bien ????
Tout est parfait. Des produits locaux, de saison, des plats raffinés, inventifs, savoureux, hyper créatifs, originaux (voire surprenants) et cerise sur le gâteau, un service joyeux, très convivial !
Un très bon moment de gastronomie que je vous recommande.
