A roaster for over 20 years, Cafés Félix is one of Rennes' finest coffees. You'll find them in some of Rennes' finest restaurants, including Oh my Biche, Cope, Angello, IMA, Symbiozh, Origines and Chez P'tit Louis. On Wednesdays, you can also drop by the Marché Sainte-Thérèse for an early-morning espresso and share a slice of life. Félix carefully selects ethical and sustainable coffees. His main concern is taste, of course, but above all respect for man and his environment in the producer country (he visits the plantations whenever he can). Then he blends and roasts to reveal smooth, gourmet aromas.

Open Tuesday from 9am to 5pm; Wednesday to Friday from 2pm to 5pm. Sainte-Thérèse market Rennes on Wednesday, Dinan on Thursday, Bruz on Friday, Cesson-Sévigné on Saturday, Betton on Sunday.

Les Cafés Félix : artisanal roaster since 2003..
After an experience in a coffee shop in England, it is quite natural that François-Xavier Bluteau, known as Félix, decides to build his business project around coffee. A fascinating product that opens up a variety of horizons for those interested in it, Félix wanted to work with this natural product with his own personal touch: he therefore turned to roasting in 2003.
