LA FAUVELIERE
Here you are offered a tour of France of authentic land products. The Fauvelière offers a vast choice, often renewed, of recipes and products from the Basque Country (sausages and chorizos Oteyza, jams in Piment), Corsica (jams Charles Antona), southwest (fatty livers, black pork in Gers Matayron, caviar of Aquitaine), Ardèche, Alsace, Savoie (cheeses La ferme d'Edmée). We went back after our passage with parts of sanitary saucisses and a dessert to duck magret that we served after the delicious mouth put in the house: olives, small cakes, tapas breads, crayfish, mini-cuttlefish, stuffed peppers… A wide choice of sausages (more than varieties!) for a memorable aperitif and prepared dishes reflecting the richness of the soils guaranteeing a true feast. Some Breton products are also to be discovered: Angel and Devil jams, honey, terrine without gluten, sausages… An appointment for gourmets wishing to deepen their knowledge of the hexagonal and Mediterranean gastronomic heritage.
