Delphine and Olivier Fauvel have set up this delicatessen in 3 locations - Saint-Hélier, Marché Central and Grand Quartier. As you enter, you're drawn in by the profusion of delicacies: foie gras, hams, tapas, cassoulets, fresh pasta, cheeses, jams, pastries... But also Breton wines and beers, selected from the dedicated cellar. Everything is done to find the small, quality producer who will surprise you: trout rillettes from Groix, Greñ apple juice made in Rennes, Lambr'1 caramels made near Paimpol, tapenades from Châteauneuf-du-Faou. Good to know: the Saint-Hélier and Grand Quartier addresses offer daily takeaways.
