A change of direction for the former manager of Maison de Joséphine, who swaps the cobblestones of Saint-Melaine for the Saint-Germain footbridge. Delphine welcomes us among her lovely finds (babas from Saint-Malo, mead from North Mead in Saint-Aubin d'Aubigné, cornichons from Maison Marc, charcuterie from Maison Brielle near Vitré...).
