Generations of schoolchildren of the Madeleine-Sacred Heart have always rushed to rush into this temple of delights. We love this character area of the city. As children, they lined up with or without their parents to come and enjoy their baguettes, pain au chocolat and other sweets. Parents, they come back and take their children to enjoy the taste of childhood. A little Madeleine who smells like warm bread and good memories. And although a few changes have been made since then, the breads are still as good and fresh, the baguettes crispy and the pastries irresistible for the schoolchildren and their parents. Add to this a dynamic and very pleasant welcome. On the spot, a beautiful quality of baguettes as the tradition the Croquise tradition, the Sarmentine and recently the tradition "C'est qui c'est qui le Patron ?" with a flour which remunerates the producers at a fair price and whose wheat comes from reasoned agriculture. There is also a wide range of breads (corn, rye, Nordic...). At lunchtime, you can also enjoy many sandwich formulas. The flagship product of this neighborhood bakery? The pancake! Plain, with sugar or chocolate, children and adults alike love it.
