MAISON POIRIER
The Poirier house puts an orgy to claim the values of the craft. For holidays (Christmas, Mother's Day, Kings' Monk, etc.), you can discover the new features in pastries. But we come here to look for delicious pastries as well as a good sandwich. This contemporary bakery bakery is very popular with the employees of the sector when the twelve shots are ringing. No less than twenty sandwiches are offered in the formulas with a very varied range: with molded baguettes for traditional, bagels (farm breads of Polish origin), buns (round rolls covered with sesame), with bagook bread for brioche flavors, vegetarians or hot (paninis version). We're still discovering candles, quiches and small laminates. It's good, fresh and varied! We appreciate the know-how of the house that does not bother over the years. The bread, labeled Banette, is well cooked.
