After working in the Nantes region for more than ten years, Yvan Chevalier, Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier-confiseur since 2019, set up shop in the Breton capital in 2021. A return to his roots for the artisan, and yet another opportunity for us to come and taste his creations. The chocolate boxes offer a palette of old-fashioned pralines and subtle ganaches. It's also easy to fall for the chocolate-covered Madagascar vanilla marshmallow bears. We finish with a divinely balanced pastry. We're particularly fond of the signature chou, which changes with the seasons: light, low in sugar and very gourmet. Discover it on site or order online!

Exquis de fraîcheur : un bonheur en bouche !
Que ce soit les pâtisseries ou les macarons, tout est divinement bon ! On prend le temps de déguster les choux bien croustillants à l’extérieur et avec un coeur ultra gourmands. Les macarons ont fait l’unanimité.
