KIKI PATISSE
Kiki Pâtisse is an ultra-dynamic and jovial pastry chef who thinks of her pastries so that they are healthy and delicious. She takes special care to select her basic ingredients with a locavore approach and focus on quality. You can order some of her creations online on her website or find her famous cakes (caramel, lemon, coffee, hazelnuts...) in several grocery stores: Gaspartine in Rennes, Le Rheu Maraîchers in Le Rheu, Au comptoir des Halles in Mordelles... We were able to taste several of them: they hold up very well, the flavors are intense and especially they are not too sweet. The pastry chef also organizes courses and workshops.
