LES CAVES DE JOSEPH
Escorted from hotels and restaurants, Joseph's cellars are a haven for epicureans ready to take a train back to new horizons or to join friends for the evening. On the wise advice of Régis Gabillard, you may leave with an organic wine or one from biodynamic agriculture (1/3 of the wines on offer) but above all with the assurance that it is a good wine! A Bourgueil by Pierre Gauthier or a Cairanne - Côtes du Rhône from the Domaine de l'Oratoire Saint-Martin for example. For local production, 3 breweries and 4 Breton distilleries (Awen for gin) are to be discovered. A word of advice to lovers of Porto and Chartreuse, the cellar is well stocked with them! Good to know: Tasting evenings take place once a month.
