LES COMPTOIRS DE SAINT-MALO
The Saint-Malo Counters were created at the initiative of two former restaurateurs, Hervé Camus and Benoît Auffrey, to offer products manufactured in a craft fashion in the Saint-Timer shop in Saint-Malo. They won the first prize Stars and trades 2009. Their great speciality? Le, a caramel with salt butter, without glucose or preservatives, that can be spread to accompany desserts, or use in the manufacture of homemade sorbets, rice rice, apple pies, and many other delicious recipes. It has 20 sweet and subtle scents: bergamot, calvados or still cinnamon… The house also offers 100%-artisanales jams, one of which has several awards: the caramel caramel in salted butter. Gelées, chutneys, candied, Breton biscuits (including the famous Craqu'Malouin), spices from all over the world, quenelle, honey, nectars, wines and alcohols (170 exception of exception). Possibility to order via the Internet.
