MOULIN DE CHARBONNIÈRE
Located on the banks of the Ille, the Moulin de la Charbonnière specialises in organic and conventional buckwheat flour (also called buckwheat flour) since 1923. The 3rd generation of the Schmitt family carries the torch. The wheel, which has been back in service since 2017, offers a bucolic setting to all walkers who spend the weekdays at the store to get their supplies directly. Adherent Bleu-Blanc-Cœur, the mill offers quality flours to prepare its cakes but also all its breads, pastries and brioches...
