L'ÉCUME GOURMANDE
This third member of the "Maisons Gourmandes" group of bakeries and patisseries, founded by Martin Bazin, owner of the Château du Nessay, offers precious gustatory quality. The choice was made to use local flour, from the Guénégo flour mill in Morbihan. We love the revisited pastries, such as the Paris-Saint-Lunaire or the sweet madeleines. The little extra? The lovely terrace and tea room available in summer, where you can sit down and savour the savoir-faire that goes into magnifying local produce. A must on the Emerald Coast.
