They offer good services with completely renovated and very clean rooms, television, private bathroom, office area, free wifi... which allow a stopover at a good price and in good conditions. Extrêmement déçue. Ibis rennes sont nettement plus commerçant. Pour le même voyage en 2024, peu de chance de revenir chez ibis st Malo.
Ils ont annulé ma réservation sans préavis et sans aucune explication. Je leur ai envoyé un email pour demander des explications et ils n'ont même pas daigné me répondre. Incroyable que cela arrive dans une chaîne hôtelière du groupe Accor. Il est clair qu'en raison du manque de confiance et de fiabilité, j'éviterai les hôtels du groupe Accor, qu'il s'agisse de Mercure, ibis Styles ou Novotel. Ils ne respectent même pas les principes de base du service à la clientèle !
