After a great success at the Saint-Placide restaurant in St-Servan and in fine grocery stores, the Babas settle in Saint Malo! Chef Luc Mobihan, associated with entrepreneur Pierre Rousseaux, opened this original bar last summer in the gourmet rue de l 'Orme. To the program: Rum, limoncello, triple dry, whisky or orange flower! What to find your favorite babe! You can also create your own composition on site.

Il n'y a pas d'heure pour les folies
Une très belle sélection de babas qui vous fait saliver d'envie dès que vous voyez la liste et les pâtisseries qui se dressent dans la vitrine.
Nous nous sommes régalés attablés sur la petite terrasse avec notre petit déjeuner de fête !

J’ai ainsi pu découvrir les bouchons au Lemoncelo, ce qui pour le coup, cassé tous les préjugés que j’avais sur les babas au rhum, tant c'était doux et aromatique.
