Bartender for nearly 20 years, notably at La Belle Epoque in Saint-Malo, he offers an impressive selection: agricultural rums, candy rums, arranged rums and collectible rums. Gone are the days when he was only considered a sailor's alcohol. Because rum is taking on its rightful place here. There are also spices and all the necessary equipment to make homemade cocktails.
