LES FERMIERS DE LA BAIE
Ten producers from the Pays de St-Malo and the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel had the good idea to combine their know-how in order to offer consumers the best of farm and local products. On 200 m², you will find products of incomparable taste and quality: meat and poultry (beef, veal, pork, lamb, rabbit, chicken, ducks....), seafood products (oysters from Cancale Bay, spiders and oilcake, PDO mussels, velvets, rillettes and mousses, seaweed-based condiments...), creamery (raw milk, cream, butter, cottage cheese, yoghurt, cow's and goat's milk cheese, organic eggs....), seasonal fruits and vegetables, a grocery department (ready meals, preserves and various jars, honey, jams, biscuits, herbal teas, gingerbread, organic sourdough bread, salted butter caramel, organic flour, Guérande salt...), as well as a beverage department composed of products from local producers (buttered cider, pommeau, reserve calvados 5 and 10 years old, cider vinegar, beer, wine...). From producer to consumer, all at a very reasonable price.
