Christelle Tournois welcomes you with a smile in this Saint-Michel workshop, which is nothing less than a very pretty shop full of delicacies straight out of the workshops of the famous Saint-Michel biscuit factory, originally from our neighbouring region, Normandy. She knows the history and reinvention of this brand inside out, and knows all the products inside out. It's hard to leave with nothing to say, as the choice is vast and very well presented. The giant madeleine to share (or not!), the metal tins ideal for gourmet gifts, cakes and biscuits in profusion, in pretty packaging... should delight sweet toothed mouths!
