Committed to organic pork and local sales for decades, the Piel family has had a farm store for several years now. Thanks to their success, a farmers' market has sprung up and is held in front of the store every Saturday morning, adding to the very attractive collection of local products. As well as charcuterie prepared on site, the farm also makes preserves to savor: cassoulet, sauerkraut and sausage-lentils. A true landmark for gourmets committed to a locavore approach.
