Groix Haliotis company carrying out an artisanal activity by proposing products, including abalone fed with fresh seaweed.

The second largest producer in Brittany in this field, the company has an artisanal activity: here, all the abalones are fed with fresh seaweed harvested on the island. Raised for two to three years in very high quality sea water, the abalones are then packed in terrine or vacuum-packed, allowing the product to be shipped all over France. The Groix Haliotis shop also offers oysters, lobsters, crabs, clams, periwinkles and whelks. Orders are possible via the website.

Nous avons commandé un plateau de fruits de mer pour 4 personnes, la présentation est soignée ,la composition correspond à la définition du présentoir, toutefois le tourteau, les bulots, les langoustines sont trop cuites, tout est sec.. les huîtres sont sèches et sans aucune eau .. déception...
