Producer: cooked by the greatest chefs and served in many starred restaurants, the abalone on the island of Groix has been produced all year round for nearly 20 years by "Groix Haliotis", one of only two abalone producers in France.
Flagship product: abalone that are fed on fresh seaweed harvested on Groix and with an organic food made in Brittany from seaweed and guaranteed GMO-free. An exceptional and highly prized product.
