CENTRE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

Maison de la Nature was founded in 1990 but it was only in 2003 that it became a CPIE, meaning Permanent Centre of Initiatives for the Environment of Belle-Ile at sea. In addition to its role of making the general public to be aware of the challenges of nature and ecology, its main role is to educate on the environment and sustainable development. In order to carry out this role perfectly, it regularly helps the local actors in the development and the implementation of their sustainable development projects.
