The restaurant of young chef Damien Le Quillec opened in October 2019. Its name, Hyacinthe and Robert, is a tribute to his two grandfathers, both of whom were sources of inspiration for the chef. Bon effectivement la plus grosse partie du trajet restait à faire ! ????
Nous avons essayé le menu du déjeuner et sincèrement, c est une affaire !
Très jolis amuses bouche, une entrée originale pour chacun a base de lentilles ou cocos de Paimpol et des plats réussis (l un à base de tourteau, l autre déclinant les St Jacques de St Brieuc)
Parfait avant de reprendre la route.
Nous y reviendrons !!!

Il manque juste un petit peu plus de musique en fond. Nous avons eu 2 /3 passages musicaux .
