Formerly at the helm of the Chez Homard restaurant, Imane, in the dining room, and Lucas Jung, in the kitchen, opened Tempête in June 2023, in Quiberon. In the Asian fusion vein, the chef offers creative seasonal cuisine, combining ultra-local produce with Japanese specialties and cooking techniques. On the menu: classic tempura, gyoza (veg, beef, fish), okonomiyaki (a typical pancake filled with a variety of ingredients), as well as, for connoisseurs, the catch of the day and the inevitable lobster.
