HOTEL RESTAURANT LE RELAIS DU COR D'ARGENT
Much of the charm of this place (both restaurant and hotel) lies on its side 'France of Antan'. A rare and striking balance, preserved by the quality of benefits to various costs but remains entirely accessible. Its five menus, one of which is entirely vegetarian, evoke a kitchen of stoves, mitted and long thought. Whatever the choice, there are always four proposed dishes, even five for vegetarian. The chef offers a milket of salmon with pistachio, raspberry vinegar, pawns at the coulis of peas and roasted garlic, a vegetable medley with dried fruit, safranean sauce to tomato…, a beautiful cheese tray and desserts to choose on a generous map. Another element to quantify, if I may say so, is space. As for the hotel, seven rooms are available, with wooden furniture creating an authentic atmosphere.
