L'ÉTAPE BUISSONNIÈRE
Are the two "Brooks" in the restaurant the restaurant? Everything suggests, because many enchanted clients come back and advise their friends to go through there. You must say, with such an address… rue du Puits d 'Amour… So what is this? A nice one - in the most etymological sense! - culinary implementation where you don't forget that Sancerre wines, too poorly known, deserve the beautiful alliance between the solid and the liquid, all served by passionate "mitters". Around a flat, depending on the season and the vagaries of the weather, you will have the choice for the first one of four entries and for the port, once the mitten is tasted, between four desserts. This flat and fixed price menu is not done to relax, far away… Not forgetting that a tasting of several varieties of Chavignol cheese (AOP) can also be part of the game with a good white glass of the region! The Buoyy Stage, something another time and another world…
