Special mention at the Marais Galette: You will have the pleasure of tasting a buckwheat cake (and not a spoonful of wheat, which makes it possible for gluten allergy) with mushrooms, onions, artichokes and asparagus on an dried tomato conflict. The choice is wide, from the most classic to the most subtle, everyone finds its account.
