MY SUSHI
My Sushi comes to Bourges. After launching a first restaurant in Monaco in 1999, the brand spreads gradually in other cities in France with the same philosophy: Work the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine using fresh and healthy ingredients to create delicate flavours. My Sushi is also a restaurant with refined decor. In the berruyère agglomeration you will find My Sushi products in the kiosk in the shopping centre of Saint-Doulchard, but also in the restaurant located in the new Avaricum shopping centre with a new concept in Bourges (opening on 20 June 2015). Two types of services will be proposed: Traditional service and service with a revolving counter to view the dishes before choosing and composing the meal according to its appetite. In addition to the chères recipes - sushi, teriyaki, yakitori, katsu, tonkatsu and tempura - new and specific recipes have been developed for Bourges like the coffees carrot-cucumber-mango, the California magret-foie fatty or the sweet makis Nutella-banana or spéculoos. An immersion in freshness and gourmandise!
