LE BOURBONNOUX
Renowned for its lovely cuisine, this small, discreet restaurant is held by a real chef who honours goat cheese. The dishes of a good bottle of wine are so cheap and honourable lunches. In the evening prices rise, while remaining moderate for classic French gastronomy and regional specialities: Lapin rabbit with Crottin crottin, calf's liver to quince sauce, orange goose magret, orange tatin… The Bourbonnoux is a tribute to the kitchen, and enjoys both the palate and the eyes. The plates are very nice and the contents are extremely tasty. From 20 €, the market menu (entrance, dish, salad and cheese and dessert) is very good. The most expensive menu, at 34 €, called Gourmet, promises a walk with other home fatty livers, risotto saffron of Berry accompanying a net of pan-fried bream, hazelnut oil salad and refined cheese platter and dessert card. We are in classic mastered, always of very good taste and good quality.
