LE BEAUVOIR
The Beauvoir is a cozy, refined atmosphere where you receive the art and the way. The pulleys of the room are perfectly suited to air suspensions to create a cocoon of softness. Laurence and Didier Guyot, the masters of the places, welcome us with distinction and conviviality. The key to their success? Accustomed to markets, they sort out all their products with impeccable rigor. As for our papillae, they are awakened by a lavishly placed mouth on our plate by a young and competent staff in impeccable attire. A festival of flavors: the creamy haddock of haddock served with white asparagus and their popcorn and popcorn, lobster tartare tartare and avocado cream with black sesame and espuma, not to mention homemade liver terrine; then the bar paved with black hummus and yuzu butter, lawn hake with parsley oil or veal veal to morilles, not forgetting the saddle French lamb, pesto, crispy panko Espelette and eggplant cream, coriander, meniander the crumble of garlic… The refined cheese platter makes the most of the names. Let us advise you on the wine that will fit perfectly with the dishes chosen. In dessert, we suggest the specialty of the house: the chocolate soufflé of Guanaja and ice at the café in Colombia. A table that takes us to seventh heaven and represents one of Bourges' best quality relationships.
