In the heart of the old town, on the ground floor offers one of the best tables in Bourges, which surprises through its creativity and the magnificent presentation of its plates. Futé tested the formula of the day, a variety of vegetables, ham and fresh goat, a delight! , finally on a apple and honey compode, orange chocolate… divine! Here you can eat real, good, fresh and seasonal products. The manager, who is also the chef, is very sympathetic and has been able to develop traditional but very innovative cuisine with his proposals, which are nowhere near. We climb sauces without fireworks and the seasonings are… perfect. The intimate framework is both warm, modern and rock with the presence of vinyl on the wall made of a mixture of wood and slate.
