HOTEL DE PANETTE
Private mansion with charming, bright, very quiet guest rooms and functional apartments
The Hotel de Panette is a special hotel in the eighteenth century, located just a few steps from the cathedral. Needless to say, the place has a certain stamp! The hotel has four charming guest rooms, luminous, very quiet, whose décor is dedicated to the illustrious characters who lived in this particular hotel, formerly owned by the Marquis de Panette. This is the "Don Carlos Room" (for the Infant Don Carlos of Bourbon, future Charles V, who looms under house arrest), "The chamber Le Picard de Pélippeaux" and "the chamber Le Marquis de Tristan" (the name of the Marquis that had built this hotel from 1757 in place) and place of the Hotel des Treasurers de la Sainte Chapelle, and his son venerated at the Marquis de Panette in 1818). Learn more about local history by enjoying a charming setting. Breakfast is served in the dining room, with a very high ceiling, which opens onto the south garden. A private courtyard allows you to park in peace and quiet. The hotel also has eight very functional apartments, especially practical when traveling with family!
Small precision, not least, the facade of the hotel on rue Henri Ducrot, where the portal is the last vestige of the former building of 1418 (the House of Treasurers), has finished being ravaged for its 600 years thanks to the Heritage Foundation.
