The room can accommodate 481 people, including 10 persons with reduced mobility. The stands are arranged so that the entire public enjoys sound visual and sound conditions. The caisson ceiling and the ashlars of the side walls, beyond acoustic efficiency, take part in the decoration of the room. The management of this cultural space has been entrusted to the Cultural Agency of the City of Bourges, which shares programming with the Conservatory of Music and Dance, the Bourges House of Culture and various associations.
