Created in 1983 by Gilles and Régis Brico, La Soupe aux Choux is one of the oldest non-subsidized cafes. Located on the first floor of the Grilling restaurant Le Guillotin, it has a scene and sound and light equipment, making it a real small theater. Public reception has always been privileged (even with its glass) and programming has helped to greet an audience of accustomed people who love to discover new talents and confirmed artists. Song, theater, humor, French rock, jazz, poetry: the activity is intense several days a week from April to September. During the Spring of Bourges, La Soupe aux Choux overlooks world. The place is ideal for a party in music and we can eat cooked barbecues on the Guillotin barbecue until late. Needless to say, this cumulation and good grilling has made the coffee-theater success! Located in the historic center of Bourges, the hotel has become a vital part of Berruyère life. What about the rates? You will most often put what you want in a hat.
