Organized by Argos Association, the Festival des Délingués is 100% Berrichon since it takes place both in Bourges, Vierzon and Saint-Amand-Montrond. Talented, valid and disabled artists make their festival: theater, music, dance, workshops, exhibitions, round tables, open houses… During a whole week, in October, concerts followed the workshops discovered, between two conferences. For more than ten years, this annual festival has been an opportunity for meetings, always stimulating. Unlingued or not, the artists who participate all have energy to resell! A week rich in shows and encounters that always pass too fast.
