If you are a craftsman, with a company in the field of food, production, building or services, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts exists to represent and defend your interests with the public authorities. Its objective is to support and promote businesses. It offers various coaching services, training and guides you in the creation or recovery of a company. Established in 1925 by the Broker Act, the 107 French trade chambers distributed in the territory are serving over 800 000 craft companies. They are administered by craftsmen elected for 5 years by universal suffrage by chefs of craft enterprises. Thus, and working in consultation with professional organisations and institutions, the Chamber of Trades and Handicrafts of the Cher allows the development and sustainability of crafts on the territory.
