The Council of Men's Directors regulates individual disputes (redundancies, leave paid, salaries…) between an employee and an employer. To lodge an appeal before the Bourges'Men's council, the employee must have an employment contract and complete the necessary documents according to his/her request, available on site. It is possible to be assisted by its spouse, a trade union delegate, an employee (even business line) or a lawyer. The Council is made up of non-professional judges. The latter represent equal numbers of employers and employees in order to be able to vote on a case with equal voice.
