CONSEIL DÉPARTEMENTAL DE L’ACCÈS AU DROIT
The aim of the CDAD is to develop citizens'access to legal information and to knowledge of their rights. Two officers were recruited to inform, guide, assist individuals in certain steps and to enable them to assert their rights. You can therefore contact the CDAD by phone, mail or email, and you will receive an answer from a law professional promptly and confidentially. They inform you about the necessary steps to be taken or the contact persons to contact depending on your problem. The CDAD also allows people with modest resources to enjoy a free consultation of a law professional in his or her office or at the House of justice and law in Vierzon. Officers are listening and providing informed advice.
