The Association Alcohol Assistance du Cher listens, advises, advises, and actively assists patients against alcohol addiction, in complete confidentiality. Volunteers take care of people in difficulty, and have put in place many solutions: telephone reception from Monday to Sunday 24 h/24, groups of words (including youth groups, women) every Saturday, resocialization through activities, help for the sick people… Follow-up remains complete even after a cure, no one is forgotten. A partnership with the Toxicomanes (Centre for Reception and Listening of Drug Addicts) of Bourges combines aid against different addictions for better support. A permanent stay is planned every month. There are antennas in Saint-Florent-sur-Cher, Aubigny-sur-Mer and Vierzon.
