Commonly known as "P'park" by residents, this green area is intended to be the green lung of the social housing district. This landscape park is in direct contact with the houses and sports facilities such as the CREPS or the Yves-du-Manoir complex. With an area of 8 ha, it offers different spaces suitable for all. With its hilly appearance, pedestrians feel isolated from the city. A 15 m water jet, an engraved pyramid of the Declaration of Human Rights, a large square lined with stands and a sea of sand and children's games complete this relaxation area designed by the municipal service of the Green Spaces. This park combines the functional aspect by linking between the neighbourhoods with the sports side with two sports fields. Aesthetics are not neglected. Field changes provide both acoustic and visual insulation.
