Maroussia Wilk-Tatin now runs the Tatin estates, which she joined in 2010. This family estate covers 25 hectares in AOC Quincy and 10 in AOC Reuilly, growing Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. Wine tourism is a priority here, with tastings on the estate, either solo or in groups, and a gîte in Tremblay to extend the experience. Samuel Renaudat, chef for À Feux Doux, offers wine and food pairing tastings, while the estate hosts a variety of cultural events. All the ingredients for an unforgettable visit.
