Comfortable lodging in a wine domain with rooms equipped to spend a real moment of conviviality
Chantal Wilk and Jean Tatin, both agricultural engineers with a passion for vines and the terroir, decided to create their own winery some thirty years ago. Today, the vines cover 40 hectares spread over 21 parcels. Their third daughter, Maroussia Wilk Tatin, joined the business in 2010. They produce Quincy, white of course, as well as red, white and rosé Reuilly (the famous Gris de Reuilly!). You can taste Quincy cuvée Vin Noble or Vieilles Vignes. Quincy Sucellus, named after a Gallic god, is the cuvée matured in oak barrels and made from old vines. It's the perfect accompaniment to spicy dishes.
