You can sing when you arrive at the cave: " We are proud to be a wine producer. " History began in 1970: the wine growers of Bué create the wine cellar to promote the wine of Sancerre and develop tourism. From wine growers, they take the step of the kitchen. This former nest of cooper lies in the heart of the village, in a ruelle, sheltered from sight. Franck, the boss, welcomes us in this traditional restaurant. On the menu, fresh and refined dishes: an abundance of caviar caviar and its crottin cream, a head of veal sauce sauce or a declination of desserts.
