NOTRE DAME CHURCH
Former Saint-Symphorian Church of a Benedictine priory, inscribed at Historical Monuments since 1862 and for cause, its wall frescoes dating back to the twelfth century, as well as the church, were restored for a good ten years from 1857 - year of the publication of the Flowers of Baudelaire's Mrs. Bovary de Flaubert at the same publisher and both put in trial - and represent two scenes copied on the frescoes of the church of Saint-Savin in the Vienna. Drawn from the Apocalypse, they insist on delicate blues and red blues with sensitive variations, the vault providing a different light on the outlying walls and the atmosphere of the nef, a concept of increased silence. The monastery that was located in the south of the church and consisted of five bodies of buildings, with cloister and chapel, was completely destroyed, after the Revolution, that it was in all kinds of demonstrations. As part of the Festival of Music of the Romanesque Churches of Berry, the association La Charliacoise celebrated its 20 years of concerts in the church of Charly in 2011.
