Municipal campground on the edge of the pond in Châteaumeillant with walking trails around
This well-kept municipal campsite, as its name suggests, is located on the banks of a pond that is ideal for fishing. Set in 1.5 hectares of greenery, 800 m from the shops, you can play tennis, basketball or pétanque, or explore the vineyards on one of the 5 hiking trails nearby. If the rudimentary conditions of a tent are not your forte, you can bring your camper van, rent a mobile home or one of the six chalets. Good to know, chalet rentals are available all year round. Each chalet has a surface area of 40m2 and a terrace. there are 4 single beds in 2 bedrooms, and a further 4 beds for children. One of the chalets has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Ideal for family vacations, just 15 minutes from the brand-new Sidiailles water sports center and adventure park!
