Nestled in a corner of the Henri IV square of Henrichemont, this artisanal biscuitery and tea room offers cakes and biscuits such as shortbread, cinnamon cookies, ginger bread, all elaborated with local organic products or fair trade. In addition, a wide selection of teas, coffees and tisanes are offered as a Matcha latte, or Gingerbeer, Sobacha and many others. Its inspiration comes from flavors, spices and flowers. The manager offers a gentle break with gourmet but healthy recipes, adapted to all tastes, especially those who do not like sugar, gluten intolerants, eggs or dairy products. A cozy tea room where we have the opportunity to taste and read, a pleasant moment to soak up that makes coexist greedy and dietetic.
