Classified as a historic monument on August 7, 1962, Saint-Étienne Church of the Gravier de la Guerche-sur-l 'Aubois is a Romanesque church dating from the xiith century whose plan is in the Latin cross. The rooster of his bell would be the oldest in France! Indeed, it bears the date of 1590. One of the two bells of the building is the oldest in the canton, dating back to 1565. Damaged during the Hundred Years War, the Saint-Étienne du Gravier church was also burned in 1568 by the huguenots of Baugy. Restored, she is now witnessing a turbulent past. As part of the Romanesque Berry circuit, the Association of Friends of the Church, founded in 1983, regularly organizes in summer, concerts, conferences, exhibitions and visits.
