La is a walk in the rustic setting, located in the town centre of Lignières. It takes its name from the galtouère, which is no other than the large, very long sleeve in which the patties were cooked on the fire. To stop in this establishment is almost to rediscover the atmosphere of yesteryear, with the fireplace ravaging. Nous fréquentons très régulièrement cette crêperie où l'on se régale pour pas cher et où nous sommes très bien accueillis...gentillesse, tranquillité, cadre rustique très agréable et je conseille en dessert la "sirop d'érable frambée grand marnier + chantilly" !!!
