The halle of Lignières dates from the sixteenth century. It was built in 1592 by the then lord, Antoine de Brichanteau. Today we can admire its imposing wooden structure. The markets that made the reputation of the commune in their time were there. Today the hall is home to the Monday morning market. It is one of the city's emblematic and essential places.
