The Horse Verte? Why this strange name? Conservators, Annie and Serge, wanted to take a look at one of the works of the author Marcel Aymé. The Green Horse is a story that takes place in the countryside and where a horse of a strange colour brings luck to its happy owners. A tribute to the owners of the Paris region who chose to open an establishment in the heart of France in July 2007. The air of the countryside inspired them as they offer us many homemade specialities. To drool you, here is a small sample: Sanitary to the three sausages and sausage, the head of Horse Horse Veal, or pan of Gambas and Saint-Jacques. We appreciate simple, warm and hearty cuisine. In winter, theme nights are regularly organized, most of the time in a musical atmosphere. In summer, the shaded terrace is a real must. A small restaurant like you love!
