Affiliated with THE SPA and recognized as a PUBLIC UTILITY, SBPA collects abandoned or distressed dogs and protects them against ill-treatment. It works in collaboration with the Veterinary Health Services (D.S.V.), gendarmeries, town halls and municipal police, firefighters, the republic's public prosecutor regarding complaints and the office of insertion and probation. Employees are employed in assisted contracts (Avenir and CAE) and are sometimes joined by persons who have been sentenced to work terms of general interest. To help the association, you can send a donation, adopt a dog or simply sponsor one of the residents of the refuge.
